When Tommy found the treasure, he realized the Dushi Life was gone the moment everyone wanted a piece of him. He needed his Sundays back. So he didn't hire a management company. He adopted a family. That's us.

The Tommy Coconut Family is twelve people and two dogs, all of whom live within fifteen minutes of your estate. Every person on this page is someone you'll meet during your week.
The Coconut Cartel
Director of Relations
Front of house. The vibe. The first face that will feel like a friend, not a concierge. If something is happening during your week — a dinner, a boat day, a story that's about to be told — Boy is usually the one who started it.
Director of Operations
Boy's sister. The machine behind the magic. Housekeeping. Guest experience. The reason every detail works. She also takes the golden-hour photos you'll see of yourself later.
Bookings · Coconut Cartel
The first person who reads your application. She filters who's a fit. If you're on the island, you got through her. Britt also keeps the recipe for Tommy Coconut Curaçao Rum, which isn't sold in stores.
Transport
The first face you'll see when the plane door opens. The car is clean, the music is right, the Must Life ends at his passenger door.
The Boat
One day of your week belongs to the ocean. Mike runs it. His number stays in the family, and his day is the one most guests tell their friends about when they get home.
The Geek
Internet. Systems. Anything with a screen. If something digital is going wrong, T-Cam already knows and is halfway to fixing it. If it's already working, he'll find something else to worry about. Dramatically.
The Gringo — Incoming May 2026
Raymonde's partner. American by background, islander by adoption. Co-leads snorkel days once he's on the ground in May 2026.
The Board of Coconut Advisors
Founding Father
The builder. The man who found Tommy's vision and gave it a company around it. Ray worked on this for twenty years. He still works on it. Kim has to physically remove him from his desk sometimes.
Founding Mother · Queen of Clean
The standard. If you've ever stayed somewhere that was "good enough" and wished someone would have noticed the one thing that was off — Kim is the answer to that wish. She moved to the Board because she deserves to, not because she's slowed down. She hasn't.
The Board of Directors
The Real Bosses
Our Board of Directors. They approve nothing and veto everything by ignoring it. Their one official duty is leading the Flamingo Hike every weekday at sunrise. Weekends they rest. This is not negotiable.
The OGs — Retired
OG Streetdog · OG Dachshund — Retired
Before Happy and Lucky, there were two. Wolfy set the tone — a streetdog who found his family, before the Coconut Cartel was even a concept. Christmas, long and low and serious about it, held the small-boss seat with dignity. Both retired. Both legend status.
