Tommy Coconut Private Resorts operates eight private estates in Jan Thiel, Curaçao, as a Dushi Week — a fully assembled seven-night program that includes the estate with a stocked kitchen, breakfast, lunch, and dinner included, a premium open bar at the estate, private boat charter with our exclusive captain, a full calendar of Dushi Memories, transport, and a family who is in contact with the guest every day of the week.
We are not a villa rental. We are not a hotel. We are a Private Resort, which is a category the market hasn't fully named yet. Your client will feel the difference by day two.
Pricing
Clean totals. No fees. No tipping.
From $20,000 per week for a couple, up to $35,000 per week for Bayside Hill (seven to eight guests).
Commission & Terms
10% standard.
Net rates on request.
- 10% standard commission on room rate.

- Virtuoso, Signature Travel Network, and independent luxury advisors welcome.
