Tommy Coconut Private Resorts

You can choose a hotel.
You can choose a rental.
Or you can choose the third way.

A Private Resort in Jan Thiel, Curaçao. Eight estates. One family. One week that rearranges the rest of them.

The Entry

You're reading this with three tabs open. One for work, one for the news, one for this.

That's not a vacation plan. That's a preview of how you'll spend the week if you book wrong.

Seven days on this island should cost you the habit of checking. If it doesn't, we haven't done our job.

The Third Way

There are three options when you go to the Caribbean, and most people only know about two.

Option one

The hotel.

Front desk. Elevator. Breakfast buffet. A pool you share with two hundred people who will become names you'll never learn. The staff is trained to be polite. You are a room number with a credit card.

Option two

The rental.

A house off a platform with a stranger's keys in a lockbox. A list of house rules taped to the fridge. A cleaning fee that shows up at checkout. If the air conditioner breaks at midnight, you have a phone number and a prayer.

The third way

A Private Resort.

You rent an estate, and an actual family takes care of it — and of you. The groceries are already in the kitchen. The car is in the driveway. Dinner reservations for the week are already made at the five best restaurants on the island. If something breaks, someone is there before you notice. When you land, a face you'll come to know is waiting at the airport.

Eight estates in Jan Thiel. One family that runs them. One week — seven nights — fully assembled before you arrive.

The Voice of the Guests

We don't need to tell you it's the best vacation of your life. The ones who already lived it have said it for us.

I don't even have the words to describe the experience I had in Curaçao — it was truly the best vacation of my life. The island itself is paradise, but our hosts somehow made paradise feel even more magical.

Yara Rocha·Google review

By far the best experience I've had on Airbnb in my 13 years using the platform. Boy, Ray, and the entire Tommy Coconut family have completely reimagined what it means to be an Airbnb host.

How It Works

Three steps. No forms longer than they need to be. No “we’ll get back to you within 5–7 business days.”

01.

Apply.

Four fields. Tell us who's coming, when, and what matters. One of us reads it — not a bot.

02.

We call you.

Fifteen minutes. We decide together if it's a fit. If it isn't, we'll tell you. We're not for everyone.

03.

You arrive.

Everything is already assembled. You walk into your estate, and the week is already built around you.

Before you apply

There's something you should know about where this came from.

Tommy spent fifteen years at sea looking for a treasure he was sure would change his life. He was right and wrong at the same time.

Apply

The week is assembled. The table is waiting.

Four fields. One of us reads it. We call you back the same day.
