The Estate
The closest one to the sand.
Castaway Beach is the shortest walk to water in the family. Five minutes, barefoot if you want. Guests who come here tend to come back with towels still damp from the last swim.
The house itself is straightforward — three bedrooms, bright rooms, no unnecessary furniture. The design doesn't try to impress you. It tries to get out of your way.
Good for people who want to be in the water more than they are in a living room. We've had guests who barely used the kitchen.
